Mechanical CAD Engineering

We reverse-engineer the parts no one makes anymore.

CAD modeling, technical drawing, and simulation for classic and race cars whose original components no longer exist.

Capabilities

What actually happens on your project.

CAD Modeling

Every part measured or scanned, then rebuilt as a fully-toleranced 3D model — ready for machining or the archive.

Product Drawing

Manufacturing-ready technical drawings — GD&T, tolerances, material call-outs. The documentation the factory lost.

Simulation

Stress, thermal, and fit simulation before a single part is cut, so the reproduction performs like the original — or better.

Focus — Classic & Race

Discontinued by the factory.
Not by us.

Right now, the studio is dedicated entirely to one problem: components for classic and competition cars that have outlived their parts catalog. If it no longer exists on paper, we put it back on paper — then back on the car.

Process

From worn original to finished part.

01

Scan & measure

The original part — or whatever's left of it — is measured, 3D-scanned, or rebuilt from surviving factory drawings.

02

Model

Rebuilt in CAD as a fully-toleranced, production-accurate 3D model.

03

Simulate

Stress, thermal, and fit checked digitally before anything is manufactured.

04

Deliver

Manufacturing-ready drawings — plus sourcing and prototyping, coming soon.

Every photo gets the same grayscale + yellow-multiply treatment automatically — swap a placeholder div's contents for a real <img> tag any time.

How we make it real

Proven methods we've used to bring parts back.

CNC Machining

Precision milling and turning from solid billet aluminium, steel, or engineering plastics. Used for brackets, housings, hubs, and any part where tolerances matter.

Reverse Casting

Sand casting and investment casting from 3D-printed patterns or rebuilt originals. Ideal for complex shapes, manifolds, and heritage components that must look factory-correct.

Additive Manufacturing

SLA and SLS prototyping for fit-checks, pattern-making, and short-run production. Perfect when you need one working part before committing to expensive tooling.

Wire EDM

Intricate cuts and hard-material shaping with electrical discharge machining. Used for dies, injection moulds, and any geometry conventional cutters can't reach.

Hand Fabrication

Traditional English wheeling, TIG welding, and metal forming for one-offs where CNC is overkill or the geometry is too organic to program. The old way, done precisely.

Laser Scanning

Structured-light and CMM digitisation of complex or damaged originals. Sub-0.05 mm accuracy means the digital twin is faithful enough to manufacture from directly.
